BratFritzes standard product is the genuine Thuringian bratwurst in natural casing, weighing about 120 grams (+ / - 5%). The original Thuringian bratwurst has a length of 22 to 25 cm and is about 25 mm thick.


Thuringian bratwurst is made from pure pork on small-scale way. The maximum fat content of the Thuringian bratwurst amounts to only 20% + / - 5 percentage points because of technological variation. As for spices, the sausage in addition to iodized salt and pepper, and cumin, oregano and garlic are used.
